Une symbiose animale et humaine

I chose to join DF Art Project because I am looking for a community of artists, as well as the opportunity to exhibit around shared themes that resonate with my own personal work. Figurative art, its techniques, and its transformations lie at the heart of my concerns, and DF provides a framework in which these questions can fully unfold.

My practice within DF is rooted in anatomical and equine work, nourished by observing the horses at my riding club in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and by drawing the body in the studio from live models. These motifs, poised between structure and movement, have formed a line of inquiry that I have been developing and deepening since 2021. They have become a privileged field of exploration, where precision, sensitivity, and the dynamics of living form converge.

My recurring themes revolve around a human and animal symbiosis, shaped by the idea of an evolving, attentive, and conscious consideration of animal life. This relationship, both sensitive and symbolic, nourishes my compositions and guides my graphic choices.

I invite the viewer’s gaze into a space of gentle nostalgia, where emotion can be welcomed and where the essential role of drawing as the foundation of my practice can be recognized. I hope that each person may enter my works through their own sensibility, freely and without constraint, in a space where line becomes memory, movement, and presence.

Among my upcoming projects is a solo exhibition with the City of Budapest in May 2026, curated by Viktor Grimm, Hungarian collector and curator. It will be an important step, allowing me to continue and share this exploration of the body, the horse, and the sensitive relationship that binds them together.
