I joined DF Art Project because its aims resonate deeply with my artistic approach. Fragmentation, which lies at the heart of my work, naturally aligns with the collective’s vision. From Quebec, I was seeking a connection with an artistic community capable of understanding my practice while offering a professional framework for exchange and commitment.
My work explores imperfection, fragility, and transformation. The notions of stitching and fragmentation symbolize the transitions that shape our lives. I examine rupture, recomposition, and resilience, both on an individual and a collective level. My mixed-media techniques and use of plastic materials reinforce this expressive and distinctive dimension.
I hope the viewer will recognize themselves in these mutations, observing their own changes and inner evolution. My works invite an intimate reflection on time, experience, and the way we are continually transformed.
My upcoming projects include a return to Europe to exhibit, meet artists and collectors, and strengthen the ties between France and Quebec. After twenty years of practice, I also wish to share my approach through talks and workshops, whether online or in Paris, in connection with my upcoming exhibition.
