Everyone Destructs to Reconstruct

“I express the possibility of bringing new meaning to an existing reality – what freedom! There is not just one truth or vision, but as many possibilities as there are individuals.
To achieve this, I break down an existing image by tearing it up to rebuild it again, using collage supplemented with paint, so as to bring new meaning to this image.
Human beings, especially women, lie at the heart of my collages – a face, a soul… possibilities stretching to infinity.
The DF Art Project fosters solidarity though common works and brings us artistic strength. I have the sense of belonging to a group looking in the same direction, yet each of us has created our own universe within which we can all deconstruct in order to reconstruct.”
